Mobile Homes

If the sale includes a mobile home, we will need copies of the titles or proof that the titles have been surrendered to the courthouse as provided by Georgia law. If the titles have not been surrendered, the lender will require that they be surrendered in the closing process. If it is a cash sale and the titles have not been surrendered, the buyer may elect to (1) surrender the titles in the closing process or (2) have the titles reissued in the name of the buyers.
