Frank Gaddy is a partner in the firm’s litigation section. Frank is a litigator that maintains a diverse general practice with trial experience representing both corporations and individuals in State and Federal courts.

In Frank’s corporate and business practice, he provides services as outside general counsel and trial counsel to both regional and national clients. Throughout Frank’s corporate practice, he has represented and provided counsel to several corporations and businesses including physician groups, individual physicians, banks, credit unions, wholesale fuel distributors, construction companies, real estate brokerages, apartment complexes, restaurants, and fitness centers.

Frank also represents individuals facing a multitude of legal challenges and who are in need of individual personal counsel and assistance. Frank’s historical general practice background makes him uniquely qualified to guide and represent individuals throughout most legal obstacles. Frank has assisted countless clients in estate planning, probate proceedings, criminal representation, and advocating for those who have been hurt and injured by the negligence of others due to automobile accidents, nursing home neglect, and other cases of negligent or intentional harm and abuse.

Frank also maintains an unwavering commitment to the practice of family law. He has advocated across the State of Georgia on behalf of families dealing with divorce, child custody, alimony, child support and other related matters. In utilizing his knowledge of civil procedure, litigation, and corporate representation he is able to uniquely address the several different complexities that can arise during the course of family law litigation. In addition, Frank believes strongly in raising the ethical standard of family law practice to protect his clients and their families.

Regardless of the legal issue, Frank understands that every case and client is unique and works diligently to protect his client’s rights while working to achieve their goals. Frank strives to represent each client with the highest level of professionalism and individual care while efficiently navigating the legal system.

He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Kennesaw State University where he was named to the list of Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges. Frank received his Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
