T. Baron Gibson, II
Baron Gibson is a partner in the firm’s real estate and business sections. His practice includes real estate and personal property foreclosures, commercial real estate matters, landlord tenant contracts, collections, creditor bankruptcy, and materialman’s lien law. Baron received his undergraduate degree from Mississippi College in 1983 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1986.
Baron also received his Masters of Business Administration from Mercer University in 1986. He serves as a director and treasurer of the Middle District of Georgia Bankruptcy Institute, Inc. Furthermore and has participated in seminars as part of the faculty on collection law and creditor bankruptcy law issues. Baron also has served on the administrative board at Mulberry Street United Methodist Church and as a secretary for the United Way.
