Amendment to Purchase and Sale Contract

Please provide this office with all amendments to the original contract as well as the Commission Split Agreement.

If the contract is amended during due diligence or afterwards, please make sure the lender and this office are notified. Any undisclosed changes in the contract can sometimes delay the closing process or create surprises at the closing itself.
