Molly Hudson Watson is an active attorney Of Counsel in the firm. Molly’s practice focuses on a variety of real estate law matters, including the closing of residential and commercial real estate sale transactions; the handling of refinances and construction loans; the drafting, negotiation and review of leases and contracts; and the review of surveys, title insurance matters and title abstracts. Molly handles loan closings, real estate acquisition and sale closings of all sizes involving residential, commercial, agricultural, timberland and recreational properties throughout Georgia. Her practice areas include business, trusts, probate and estate planning.
Molly grew up in Macon. She is a 1992 graduate of Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. She received her Juris Doctor from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1998. Molly is a member of the Macon Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and its Real Property Law Section. Molly was a partner with Haygood, Lynch, Harris, Melton and Watson, LLP with offices in Forsyth and Monticello, Georgia, from 1998 until the firm merged with Martin Snow, LLP on January 1, 2026.
