Tyler Cox is an Of Counsel in the Firm’s business section and handles a variety of real estate and business litigation matters. His practice includes commercial litigation, commercial lending, real estate litigation, landowner’s rights advocacy, eminent domain, and business litigation.

Tyler graduated Cum Laude from Pensacola Christian College in 2015 where he served as a chaplain. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Emory University in 2018, where he was a member of the business negotiations team and earned a certificate of transactional law. Tyler went to work for  AM-100 firms in Atlanta for seven years, practicing trial litigation in the areas of business law, constitutional law, eminent domain, and tax controversy. In 2025, Tyler joined Martin Snow, LLP to bring his practice closer to his home in Macon, Georgia, and he is committed to providing excellent, accessible legal counsel to the businesses, large and small, and property owners of Georgia
