Limited Liability Company (LLC)

If the seller is an LLC, we will need a copy of the Operating Agreement in order to ascertain who is authorized to execute the documents on behalf of the LLC. Since this is not a matter of record, as the seller does not want the Operating Agreement recorded, the Operating Agreement must be on file with our firm to serve as proof in the future for the authority of the execution.
