Taylor Martin is an associate in the firm’s litigation section and handles personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. His practice includes a special focus in the area of medical malpractice defense, and he has successfully represented healthcare providers in jury trials throughout Georgia. In addition, Taylor has extensive experience representing both businesses and individuals concerning claims for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and fraud.
Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in French from Davidson College in 2012. In college, he competed on the track team as a sprinter and hurdler. Taylor received his Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2015. In law school, he participated on Mercer’s Intrastate Moot Court team and served as the moot court editor on the Mercer Advocacy Council. He is a member of the Georgia Bar, the Macon Bar Association, and the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court. He serves as a board member for the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Macon Bar Association.
Taylor is a native of Macon and is a member of First Presbyterian Church and Idle Hour Country Club. He is married to his wife, Katie, who is an attorney.
